Sales information (art.49)

The main characteristics of the goods on sale are expressed in the description of each product, which also shows the final sales price including taxes. The payment methods and shipping costs are also expressed in the appropriate sections of the site visible on each page in the top menu. The delivery dates of the goods are subject to variations as communicated or expected by the respective manufacturers, and any delays are not attributable to us.

PURCHASE METHODS

The purchase of what is requested will be completed through the following phases: By sending the order, the customer sends TOYS-PLANET a purchase proposal for the selected product or products. Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 Legislative Decree 206/05) to receive subsequent communications from TOYS-PLANET described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. TOYS-PLANET confirms with an e-mail message the receipt of the order sent by the customer, with assignment of a "Customer Order Number" which must be used in any further communication with TOYS-PLANET. If you want to cancel the order before it is verified, the customer must immediately communicate it by calling +39 338 4903029 or by sending an email to info@toys-planet.it

For orders containing items that require a confirmation deposit, the total amount must be paid within 7 days of notification of available goods, under penalty of cancellation of the order and loss of the deposit paid. We do not keep goods confirmed only by deposit pending for more than 15 days from their availability. For items on reservation, the deposit amount must be paid within 7 days of the order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

CASH ON DELIVERY: payment on delivery is granted exclusively to customers who have a history of at least 3 successful advance payment transactions. Or alternatively, the order must be followed by sending the customer's identity document via email, containing the number. of reference order. Orders that do not comply with these rules are automatically canceled without notice 3 days after receipt.

PROMOTIONS: they are not cumulative. all discounted products do not benefit from further discounts (vouchers). Vouchers and loyalty vouchers are valid for a maximum of 1 year from issue.

THE INVOICE MUST BE REQUESTED at the time of ordering. NO TAX DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE SHIPPING DATE.

TOYS-PLANET will then deliver what has been requested to the express courier responsible for carrying out the delivery to the indicated address. Payment by the customer will take place using the method chosen online at the time of purchase. Each order is to be understood as an irrevocable proposal by the Customer, while it must be considered accepted by TOYS-PLANET only upon shipment, having the right to refuse the commission. The customer is responsible for increased costs of stocks* and returns of goods due to failed collections attributable to him, due to his own carelessness, being notified with an order processing email and an email with tracking code directly from the courier responsible for delivery in advance. It follows that expense recovery procedures will be undertaken against the defaulting customer.

*storage costs calculated as follows: opening procedure: 10.00 euros + 1.00 euros/kg for a single day of storage. For returned stock, the outward and return journey will also be calculated.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (art. 52)

It is possible to cancel a reservation or order of your own free will, but we retain 4% of the total order for payment collection fees by PAYPAL

Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must send TOYS-PLANET a communication to this effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods (the shipment tracking code validates this date). This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to TOYS-PLANET - Via Brescia, 2 - 24055 - Cologno al Serio - (BG) Italy or certified email always sent within the aforementioned deadline and followed by a confirmation sent to by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. Once the aforementioned withdrawal notice has been received, TOYS-PLANET Customer Service will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods. As the only burden, in this case the customer will have to bear the costs of returning the goods to TOYS-PLANET. The goods must be returned, no later than 14 working days from the date of authorization of the withdrawal, intact and in the original packaging, complete with all its parts (including any documentation and accessories) and without having suffered any damage. Shipments via cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined and, in the presence of damage or tampering, the withdrawal cannot be exercised. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the goods, TOYS-PLANET will refund the customer the entire amount already paid (excluding shipping costs incurred), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. It will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide TOYS-PLANET with the bank details (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder), in order to obtain a refund of the price.

GUARANTEES

SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE ARE NOT INSURED (WE WRITE THIS FOR CORRECTNESS) if the shipment is lost we are not responsible

We will not accept returns or refunds for the product if the outer box or packaging is damaged

FOR INSURED SHIPPING WE INTEND TO COVER ONLY IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST SUBJECT TO SIGNED PROOF FROM THE COURIER

In the event of a purchase with UNINSURED shipping, the risk is transferred to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the shipper or carrier and the buyer will have to take action against the courier from which the package is delivered.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE THE RETURN PROCEDURE TAKES UP TO 60 WORKING DAYS

Every product purchased on TOYS-PLANET is guaranteed by the manufacturer or official importer in Italy. The validity of the guarantee is that indicated from time to time by the manufacturer, without prejudice to the minimum required by law. Sending, taking care of the packaging and the risk of transporting non-functioning products to TOYS-PLANET or to the manufacturer for repairs under warranty are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer). TOYS-PLANET will instead pay the costs of returning the repaired product to the end customer.
