PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal

If you choose to pay with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email address and password and confirm the payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can proceed with a guest account or create one.

Your payment will be posted within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

Before proceeding with the payment you will be asked to accept the "Terms and conditions" section of Paypal.

Note: in the event of WITHDRAWAL or REFUND, the same will occur NET of the commissions WITHHELD by the PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARD platform, which are not refunded by the policy provided for by the same service. (for example, make a deposit of 25 euros, in case of withdrawal or refund, 24 euros will be deducted, i.e. - 4%). In the event of a dispute (if within 60 days of the same tax year) initiated via the PAYPAL platform, you will have to wait for the deadlines and practices provided for by the same platform, approximately 30 days)

You can use your Mastercard, Visa and Postepay credit card. Your card details are processed through the SSL security system. To complete the order, follow the required steps. Thanks to this security standard you can place your orders in complete safety.

Bank transfer

After confirming the order, we reserve the items for 7 days and once payment is received, we will ship.

It can take up to 5 business days for your payment to post in our systems.

The costs for the transfer vary depending on the bank.

For correct registration of the payment, it is necessary to enter the order number in the reason for the transfer.

GENERAL RULES ON RETURN

As per Legislative Decree 05/22/1999 No. 185 regarding distance contracts for consumer protection, in force in Italy.

RETURN CASE FOR:

IN CASE OF NON-CONFORMITY OF THE ORDER, within 4 days of receipt of the goods.

The cost of transport will not be refunded.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The product, packaging and contents of the box must be returned as new, intact and unconditioned.

The product must not be used incorrectly, as indicated on the product box.

If the product is returned without respecting points 1,2,3,4 and 5, it will be partially refunded at our sole discretion based on the wear and tear of the product, packaging and contents of the original box.

Toys Planet uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to protect your sensitive information such as your password and credit card number. Thanks to this protocol, information is encrypted and protected from any type of attack.

 

During the phases in which sensitive data, login or payment are transmitted, a padlock or similar symbol will appear somewhere in the browser, indicating that the data is transmitted via a secure protocol. If you can't find the symbol, check your browser documentation.
